The Site provides general information about our paintless dent repair services and lets you request a quote. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and may change at any time without notice.

Any quote or estimate provided through the Site, by phone, or by email is a preliminary estimate based on the information you give us. It is not a binding offer. Final pricing and whether a repair can be done are confirmed only after we inspect the vehicle in person.

Paintless dent repair is not suitable for every type of damage. Results depend on factors such as the dent’s location, size, and depth, panel material, and the condition of the existing paint. We will tell you if we believe a repair is not a good fit for PDR.

Repair work is performed under the terms agreed with you at the time of service, including pricing, scheduling, and any warranty we provide in writing. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the terms agreed at the time of service control for that work.

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information in quote requests.
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to interfere with its operation or security.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Galaxy Dent Repair and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
